| Hello, I'm just starting my third gluten free week. Do you have a favourite pastry recipe? I made some mince pies on Sunday and they never browned. So I left them in the oven longer, hoping. Eventually I gave up, took them out and when they were cold they were just like hard plastic. :-) At my age I have to be careful of my teeth.  Any tips would be appreciated. Many thanks, CarolC |
