| My 10 year old daughter has this year been put on a wheat free diet in addition to an egg, dairy, nut & chocolate free diet she has been on since she was about 3. My biggest problem is despite there appearing to be quite a few special diet foods out there, most of them seem to include eggs or milk. I used to be able to get rustic rolls in tesco now they have replaced it with their own brand which contains eggs. Can anyone tell me where I can just get some cakes or pastries that cater for multiple intolerances. I also find it really hard to take her out for a meal, i live in north London any advice on that.
