Hi,
I was diagnosed gluten intolerant in October. I was put on a GF diet and given an appointment with the dietician for a month later. She has put me back on gluten for 6 weeks and I have to have another blood test then (beginning of January). She thinks I have CD, but I just had the original blood test as my brother had been diagnosed with CD. I have put on half a stone since then :-(

Hi, i have been on this gluten and wheat free diet now since last october, and dont seem to be any worse or better, apart from still losing weight, i went to see the consultant last week for a routine appointment, and i now have to have a mri scan to see if there is anything else going on, as the consultant recons that i should have started to put a bit of weight back on by now, i will let you know how i get on, i havnt got the appointment yet but before feb they said, so i am keeping everything crossed at the mo. i wish you have a Merry Christmas and a great 2008.
