What would you say is the one food that Coeliac want but that isn't yet available and will you produce it? Also, how do you decided what to produce next?

I guess the holy grail for any manufacturer & supplier is to produce a large white sliced loaf which is gluten, wheat & milk - free and still tastes like normals bread.

We are working on this! The next best thing is our current Dietary Specials Brown or White MultiGrain loaves, which have loads of flavour and are proving to be very popular.

We decide what to produce next by working with groups of coeliacs around the UK. We listen to what people are asking for and work on initial recipes to produce kitchen samlpes which are then tasted by people on our taste panels (including many coeliacs) to see if we are on the right track.

Hi Steve

Quick query do you mean our plain Brown loaf or our Brown MultiGrain loaf?

The plain brown..(for the one I don't like) .  the multigrain is great...

Glutano do a buckwheat bread which is like a dark rye bread (very thin and heavy) which is the other bread I like...  perhaps look at something like this too.
