What would you say is the one food that Coeliac want but that isn't yet available and will you produce it? Also, how do you decided what to produce next?

The ultimate food has got to be clearly labelled normal food.

All the specialist breads and pasta's are OK but not part of a normal healthy diet anyway.

All I want is to be able to go to a resto and know the chef has clear wanrings on any of the products they use or walk round a supermarket and be certain that a product contains no hidden gluten.

I agree totally with the other reply to your question, from Steve. At Dietary Specials we strive to produce food which tastes as good as normal food, it just so happens to be gluten, wheat-free.

Our aim is to match the eating quality of mainstream food. We are also working hard to improve the standard of labelling on pack, a lot of our new packs have much clearer information to make shopping much easier.

In an ideal world we would have a broad range of gluten-free foods in supermarkets and a good supply of gluten-free foods in restaurants to make life easier for anyone on a restricted diet. At Dietary Specials this is a world we are working towards.

your labelling is already far clearer than your competitors and the mutligrain loaf the closest to real bread... my GF actually says she likes it !  Its really a life saver for me those times when I really must have bread.

Hi Steve

I am glad you find the Dietary Specials MultiGrain loaf to your liking. You and many other coeliacs are chosing this loaf as their number one gluten-free bread.
