If you have been diagnosed with coeliac disease you must cut out all sources of gluten (its not found just in wheat, its in malt, beer and lager). You must be 100% sure about what you are eating and that products that appear to be gluten free really are gluten free by checking labels and ingredients lists. Other than that aim to eat a sensible balanced diet including plenty of fruit and vegetables.
