I usually prepare my sons packed lunch sandwich the night before.
However now he has to eat the gluten free bread I really don't know what to do.
We've been prescribed Juvela and it's terribly crumbly and needs to be heated through before using so what I'm wondering is...Do I heat it through now, let it go cold and then make the sandwich? or do I leave it till the morning?
I'm sooooooo confused!!!!!!!!!!!!

I prepare my sons packed lunch sandwiches the night before, he has the Dietary Specials White sliced loaf.  I just store the unused loaf in the fridge, don't heat it or anything before I prepare his sandwiches.

hi i know you was asking about what to do with the bread for sandwiches, but instead of sandwiches i tend to do rice or pasta in a little tub for my kids, i put a ice block in the bottom of there lunch box and it keeps it cool kids also prefer it! hope that helps!
