Be really strict about avoiding all sources of gluten. Check and double check your intake. Considering for example that anything cooked in oil that has previously been used to fry anything battered could be contaminated with gluten and cause persistence of your symptoms. Eat little and often avoiding soya, oats and anything containing lactose and remember to take supplements to ensure no nutritional deficiency.
